At Shoptango we send our orders via third party Logistic Partners. Tracking numbers and shipment confirmations will be sent at the end of the business day. Packages are usually delivered within 2-5 business days depending on the city and pincode. We will not be held liable for any delays caused by the shipping company as they are beyond our control.

Urgent Orders: Incase you have an urgent order that you need before the time frame mentioned you can reach out to us on WhatsApp/dm and we'll let you know if it can be arranged.

Shoptango endeavors but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Shoptango fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Shoptango may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost. Some COD orders over a certain amount may be entitled to pay an advance before the dispatch of your order. You will be contacted via WhatsApp/Call if your order processing requires an advance payment.

We are currently only shipping in India through our website. If you want to place and international order you can contact us on WhatsApp or simply Dm us on Instagram.

For Delhi Wefast/Porter delivered orders and exchanges - To and Fro charges are to be borne by client.

You can choose to pay for your order online at checkout or opt for Cash On Delivery (COD). Free Shipping on prepaid orders and ₹150 on all COD orders within India.
